Hope you all had a great weekend. Lovely to see so many of you this morning at High Elms. Poor Peter was missing the lads today, 12 to 1 ratio. The bluebells are at last poking their heads out to see, looking good in the rays of the shine. It was absolutely gorgeous this morning. Shame it has got colder again!!!

A few tips to benefit good digestion
Try to relax when eating
Eat slowly – chew food well – digestion starts in the mouth
Do not drink water or fizzy drinks 1/2 hour before or after eating – dilutes digestive juices
Include raw food daily eg grated vegetables, salads – drizzle with lemon juice to stimulate digestion. Chicory and fennel are good additions
Eat fruit before main meal not after
You are what you eat and ABSORB!

Thought of the week:
‘On life’s journey faith is nourishment, virtuous deeds are a shelter, wisdom is the light by day and right mindfulness is the protection by night. If a man lives a pure life, nothing can destroy him’
Have a fantastic week everyone. Stay safe and smile always.
